The passion fruit mousse is an idea to serve as dessert, is easy to do and does take too long to get ready.
You will put in the blender a whole can of condensed milk and a can of cream. Add to that mix of passion fruit juice (can be natural or not), a good way to find out how much juice you should put is using the can of condensed milk. Fill the can that before was condensed milk with passion fruit juice (the juice should be very concentrated) and add to blender.
Beat all until the solution starts to get creamy, then pour into a form or bowl and place in refrigerator. The time that must be refrigerated is indeterminate, you must wait until it is consistent.
A tip: if you want your mousse to become more "consistent" add unflavored powdered gelatin in the blender when you will shake everything.
Okay, your mousse is ready to be served!
