ingredients

- 1 cup (tea) of sugar;
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of nuts-and-stop roasted and crushed;
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour;
- 1 cup (tea) of butter;
- 1 egg yolk;
- 100 g of dark chocolate chopped.

Preparation

In a bowl, sift the sugar. Add the nuts, flour and butter. Rub the mixture between your hands until it resembles. Add the egg yolk and mix with your fingertips until it forms a dough.

Make small balls about two inches in diameter and arrange them on a greased baking sheet. Take the oven preheated and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden. Remove from oven and let cool.

Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and let cool. Dip the tines of a fork into melted chocolate and let drain on cookies, forming lines. Let dry and serve with coffee or afternoon tea.
